We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Recruiter and HR Operations Generalist to join our People team!

What is the role?

First and foremost, this position is all about attracting our most important asset - our people! In this position you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process in North America from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing a seamless hiring process to extending offers. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for our North America employees. Reporting to the Director of HR (US), you’ll work together to create and implement an excellent candidate and employee experience. This will be a visible role where you’ll have an opportunity to work with employees, management, and leadership across the company.



  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions in North America, including working with hiring managers to understand their needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and managing the candidate experience to create a seamless process
  • Work closely with the HR Directors and talent acquisition team to determine talent acquisition strategies
  • Extend offers to candidates, working with the Director of HR (US) to negotiate compensation
  • Conduct interview training for new interviewers
  • Use data to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Think creatively about how to attract the best and brightest candidates
  • Keep up with talent acquisition best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws

HR Operations

  • Onboard new employees and offboard leaving employees
  • Process new hires and terminations in our HRIS (BambooHR) and TriNet (our PEO vendor)
  • Order equipment for new hires and collect equipment from leaving employees (including coordinating UPS pickups for remote employees)
  • Work with the HR Office/Employee Experience Manager in Israel to coordinate welfare events and employee recognition gifts
  • Resolve benefits issues escalating complex issues to the Director of HR (US)


  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Previous experience recruiting for sales and customer success positions
  • Ability to work east coats hours; preferably from New York City or Washington, DC
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for multi-tasking and strong organizational skills
  • Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experience working with government agencies - nice to have
