The UK Housing Crisis – a Snapshot of Resident Discourse
The availability, affordability and quality of housing is one of the great challenges facing the UK. The cost of home ownership and rent continue to rise, while housing supply fails to match demand. Zencity looked at the online conversations happening in local communities in the UK to better understand how residents are talking about housing, how prominent the topic is in the overall online conversation, what is driving positive and negative attitudes towards this issue, and “where” online the conversation is mainly taking place.
