Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (USA - Remote)

 As a Senior Enterprise CSM, you will be fully responsible for driving the customer journey and building impactful relationships with your own book of business in a high-touch, senior role. As a trusted advisor to states, cities, and counties with populations over 500K, you’ll have the opportunity to provide thought partnership and guidance to executives, train/enable government junior staff, and proactively deliver value to clients. 


This is a highly autonomous role in a team-oriented environment, so we’re looking for candidates who enjoy operating proactively and taking ownership of their work while collaborating and tapping into internal resources. 


This is a full-time role with generous benefits, a driven, passionate team, and the chance to make a huge impact internally and externally! Candidates must be able to travel ~25% throughout the US. At this time, no sponsorship is available for this role. 


Requirements


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in customer success, strategic/business/organizational consulting, or similar roles 
  • Professional presence in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Must be comfortable and confident in regular meetings with high-level government officials
  • Experience working in or with local governments in the United States
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong digital/technical skills and ability to simplify complex technical products to audiences with low digital proficiency
  • Availability to travel - 25%
